Oravanto

Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Oravanto website, purchases of Digital Products, Personalized Services, and the contractual relationship between Oravanto LLC and its customers.

Website www.oravanto.com
Company Oravanto LLC
Customer Support support@oravanto.com
Effective Date September 1, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are presented by Oravanto LLC ("Oravanto," "we," "us," or "our") to visitors of www.oravanto.com and to each person who purchases a Digital Product, orders a Personalized Service, or otherwise becomes a customer of Oravanto ("you" or "Customer").

General website-use provisions in these Terms apply to any visitor. A binding contract for a specific Order is formed only after you accept the applicable terms at checkout and Oravanto accepts the Order as described in Section 5.

By selecting the acceptance box at checkout, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, the Refund Policy, and any applicable Order Terms for that purchase. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

1. Who We Are and How to Contact Us

Oravanto LLC is a limited liability company formed under the laws of Wyoming, United States.

Oravanto provides online career-writing services and downloadable career resources through www.oravanto.com.

Customer Support

support@oravanto.com

Email is Oravanto's primary customer-service channel. We may provide additional contact methods on the Website, but publication of a channel does not guarantee real-time support.

2. Scope, Definitions, and Contract Documents

These Terms govern use of the Website and all Orders for Personalized Services and Digital Products. The following expressions have the meanings below.

  1. "Client Materials" means the CVs, resumes, questionnaires, career histories, LinkedIn information, instructions, files, photographs, reference details, and other content you provide for a Personalized Service.
  2. "Digital Product" means any downloadable or electronically delivered template, cover-letter collection, interview-preparation book, e-book, career guide, career pack, checklist, or other pre-produced resource.
  3. "Order" means a request to purchase a Digital Product or Personalized Service submitted through the Website. An Order becomes binding only when accepted by Oravanto as described in Section 5.
  4. "Order Terms" means the product or service description, scope, price, delivery estimate, format, revision allowance, license information, and other terms displayed on the relevant sales page or order summary when you place the Order.
  5. "Personalized Service" means an individually prepared CV/resume, cover letter, LinkedIn optimization service, or another career-writing or career-development service involving material human input.
  6. "Website" means www.oravanto.com and the pages, forms, checkout, content, and download facilities operated for Oravanto.

The contract for an Order consists of these Terms, the applicable Order Terms, the Refund Policy, and any written scope confirmation issued by Oravanto.

A specific Order Term controls over a general provision in these Terms only for that Order. Mandatory law controls over any conflicting contractual term.

3. Eligibility and Authority

The Website, Digital Products, and Personalized Services are intended for adults aged 18 or older.

By using them, you confirm that you are at least 18 and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

If you place an Order for an organization or another person, you confirm that you are authorized to place the Order and provide the relevant Client Materials.

You remain responsible for the Order. The individual identified as the recipient will be the "Authorized End User."

The recipient of a Personalized Service is responsible for reviewing and approving the final deliverable. An Authorized End User of a Digital Product is responsible for reviewing any customized content before using it.

4. Product and Service Information

Oravanto offers Personalized Services and Digital Products for career-development purposes.

The exact scope, inclusions, file formats, delivery estimate, revision allowance, and price are stated in the applicable Order Terms.

Images, previews, examples, sample text, and mock-ups are illustrative. Screen colors, fonts, spacing, and pagination may vary by device, operating system, software version, printer, user edits, and content length.

A sample does not promise that a Customer's final content will produce an identical layout or result.

Some templates prioritize visual presentation and may not be described as applicant-tracking-system ("ATS") optimized.

Only a product expressly identified as ATS-friendly or ATS-oriented should be purchased for that purpose, and no product can guarantee identical parsing by every employer system.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

An Order submitted through the Website is an offer to purchase.

Oravanto accepts an Order when it issues an Order confirmation expressly accepting it or begins performance, and the contract is formed at that point.

An automated acknowledgment of submission or payment receipt does not, by itself, constitute acceptance.

If Oravanto declines an Order after payment authorization or collection, the applicable amount will be voided or refunded.

You must review the Order summary, your email address, selected product or package, currency, price, and any delivery information before payment.

Contact support@oravanto.com promptly if the confirmation contains an error.

Oravanto may refuse or cancel an Order before performance for suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or technical error, legal or sanctions restrictions, an abusive or unlawful request, a conflict of interest, capacity limits, or a request outside our professional scope.

If Oravanto cancels for a reason not caused by your breach, we will refund the amount paid for the unprovided portion of the Order.

6. Prices, Currency, Payments, and Taxes

6.1 Prices and Currency

Prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD) unless the Website expressly states otherwise.

The price confirmed at checkout governs the Order, subject to correction of an obvious pricing or technical error before fulfillment.

We may change future prices, packages, or promotions at any time. A later change does not alter an accepted Order.

Coupons and promotional codes are subject to their stated conditions, may not be combined unless expressly allowed, and have no cash value.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payment is due in full at checkout unless Oravanto expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Payments are processed by Stripe and the financial institutions involved in the transaction.

You authorize the applicable charge and confirm that you are entitled to use the selected payment method.

Oravanto does not receive or store your complete payment-card number or card security code.

Payment processing is also subject to Stripe's terms and privacy notice.

6.3 Taxes

Prices may exclude sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar transaction taxes unless the checkout states that tax is included.

Where Oravanto is required to collect tax, the applicable amount will be calculated and disclosed before you submit the Order and shown on the transaction record.

You are responsible for accurately providing your billing country, location, customer status, and any valid tax-registration information requested at checkout.

Nothing in these Terms transfers to you a tax liability that applicable law places on Oravanto.

7. Personalized Career Services

A Personalized Service is prepared for the individual identified in the Order, using the Client Materials, instructions, target role, preferred market, and scope supplied by the Customer.

It is not a recruitment, placement, background-check, legal, immigration, or regulated employment-advice service.

Unless the Order Terms expressly state otherwise, Oravanto provides written deliverables and related support but does not apply for jobs, contact employers or referees, log in to a Customer's LinkedIn account, attend interviews, negotiate compensation, or represent the Customer to a third party.

Every Personalized Service is prepared and reviewed by Oravanto.

As stated in the Privacy Policy, Oravanto does not submit Client Materials or identifiable client information to generative artificial-intelligence platforms for drafting, analysis, generation, training, or any other purpose.

8. Customer Responsibilities, Turnaround, and Revisions

8.1 Accurate and Complete Information

You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, current, and lawful information and for checking every fact, date, employer name, qualification, credential, achievement, metric, link, and contact detail before approving or using a deliverable.

Oravanto does not independently verify Client Materials and will not knowingly fabricate experience, qualifications, achievements, references, or other claims.

You must have the right to provide Client Materials and any information about another person.

Limit reference details to what is relevant and do not submit unnecessary sensitive information, identity documents, bank details, passwords, or confidential third-party material.

8.2 Commencement and Turnaround

Any stated turnaround is an estimate unless the Order Terms expressly describe it as a guaranteed deadline.

The turnaround begins only after successful payment and receipt of all information and documents reasonably required to start the work.

A delay, incomplete response, material change of instructions, or failure to answer a clarification may pause or extend the delivery estimate.

Oravanto is not responsible for a deadline missed because required Client Materials or feedback were late, incomplete, inaccurate, or materially changed.

8.3 Revisions

The number, scope, and request period for revisions are those stated in the applicable Order Terms.

A revision adjusts the purchased deliverable within the original brief; it does not include a new target profession, a substantially different document, newly supplied career history requiring a rewrite, or work outside the purchased package.

Revision requests must be specific, consolidated where reasonably possible, and submitted through the stated support channel within the applicable revision period.

Unused revisions have no cash value and do not extend beyond that period.

Additional or out-of-scope work may require a new quote and payment.

8.4 Review and Final Approval

You must review the deliverable before submitting it to an employer, recruiter, platform, or other recipient.

Use, publication, submission, or express approval of a deliverable confirms acceptance of its factual content, subject to any mandatory right concerning non-conforming services.

Retention of a final file for support or re-delivery does not extend the revision entitlement stated in the Order Terms.

9. Digital Products, Delivery, and Compatibility

Digital Products are supplied electronically; no physical item will be shipped.

Subject to payment and fraud checks, access is normally provided through an on-screen download, order-confirmation email, secure link, or another method described at checkout.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address, checking filtered or junk folders, downloading the file promptly, and maintaining your own backup.

If a paid download is not received or a link fails, contact support@oravanto.com with the Order details so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, restore access.

You are responsible for confirming the stated software, version, font, and device requirements before purchase.

Editable Word files may reflow when opened in different applications or after substantial editing.

Compatibility information in the Order Terms is part of the product description.

A Digital Product is supplied in the version available at the time of purchase.

Unless expressly stated, the purchase does not include future editions, updates, cloud storage, ongoing technical support, or a subscription.

10. Cancellations, Refunds, and Mandatory Consumer Rights

The detailed cancellation and refund rules for each offering are set out in Oravanto's Refund Policy: www.oravanto.com/refund-policy

That Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

If it conflicts with a mandatory consumer right, the mandatory right controls.

Because Digital Products can be accessed or downloaded immediately, they are generally not refundable merely because a Customer changed their mind, selected the wrong product, lacks compatible software, or no longer needs the item.

This does not limit a right to a remedy where a Digital Product is defective, materially misdescribed, not supplied, or otherwise non-conforming under applicable law.

For a Personalized Service, cancellation, work already performed, and any amount payable or refundable depend on when the request is received, whether work has begun, the completed portion, the applicable Order Terms, the Refund Policy, and mandatory law.

10.1 Mandatory Cancellation and Withdrawal Rights

Where applicable law provides a consumer with a cancellation, cooling-off, or withdrawal right that cannot lawfully be excluded, that right remains unaffected by these Terms.

If you expressly ask Oravanto to begin a Personalized Service during an applicable withdrawal period, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for work properly performed before withdrawal.

A right may end after full performance only where the legally required request, consent, or acknowledgment has been obtained.

10.2 Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Please contact support@oravanto.com first if you believe a charge is incorrect or an Order has not been delivered.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising a lawful card or consumer right.

Knowingly making a false claim that an authorized, delivered purchase was unauthorized or not supplied may constitute a breach of these Terms.

Oravanto may provide the payment provider with the Order confirmation, access or delivery records, checkout consent, communications, and other relevant evidence.

11. Digital-Product License

Subject to full payment and continued compliance with these Terms, Oravanto grants the Authorized End User identified under Section 3 — or, if no Authorized End User was identified, the purchasing Customer — a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, customize, reproduce, print, and use the purchased Digital Product for that person's own personal career-development and job-search purposes.

The licensee may submit a customized CV, resume, cover letter, or related finished document to employers, recruiters, educational institutions, professional advisers, and relevant platforms as part of that person's own application or professional profile.

The license does not permit you to:

  • sell, resell, sublicense, rent, gift, share, distribute, or transfer the original or editable Digital Product;
  • upload the source file to a public template library, file-sharing site, membership platform, marketplace, or repository;
  • use it to provide paid or unpaid CV-writing, template, training, coaching, recruitment, or other services to another person;
  • remove ownership notices or represent the underlying template, book, guide, collection, or framework as your own product;
  • create a competing template, collection, e-book, guide, course, dataset, or commercial derivative from it; or
  • use automated extraction, scraping, or bulk copying to reproduce or compile Oravanto content.

The purchasing Customer may provide the Digital Product solely to the Authorized End User identified in the Order. That permitted delivery does not authorize sharing with any other person.

Free downloads and promotional resources are subject to the same restrictions unless a separate license expressly grants wider rights.

No resale, redistribution, commercial-template, multi-user, or enterprise license is granted by implication.

12. Ownership of Personalized Deliverables

The Customer and any Authorized End User retain ownership of the Client Materials and original content that each lawfully provides.

The Customer grants — and confirms that the Customer is authorized to grant in respect of any Client Materials supplied for an Authorized End User — Oravanto a limited license to access, reproduce, edit, format, and otherwise use those materials only as reasonably necessary to provide, support, secure, and administer the purchased service and comply with law.

After full payment, to the extent legally possible, Oravanto assigns the copyright in bespoke text created exclusively for the final Personalized Service to the Authorized End User identified under Section 3, or to you if no Authorized End User was identified for that Order.

Oravanto retains all rights in its pre-existing and general materials, including templates, layouts, style systems, methodologies, frameworks, instructions, know-how, reusable language structures, and internal tools.

Where retained Oravanto material is incorporated into a final personalized deliverable, Oravanto grants the Authorized End User — or the Customer if no Authorized End User was identified — a perpetual, non-exclusive license to edit, reproduce, print, publish, and submit that final deliverable for that person's own career and professional purposes.

Neither party may extract or commercialize the underlying template or system.

Oravanto will not publish identifiable Client Materials or a Personalized Service as a sample, testimonial, case study, template, or marketing item without the explicit permission of the individual whose information or deliverable it is.

13. Oravanto Intellectual Property

The Website and its original content, branding, logo, visual design, copy, templates, Digital Products, collections, guides, books, frameworks, graphics, and databases are owned by or licensed to Oravanto and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no right, title, or interest is transferred to you.

You may not copy, adapt, publish, frame, mirror, reverse engineer, distribute, or commercially exploit Website content or Oravanto intellectual property without prior written permission.

Third-party fonts, software, images, icons, marks, or content remain subject to their owners' rights and applicable license terms.

14. Acceptable Use of the Website and Services

You must not use the Website, Digital Products, or Personalized Services to:

  • break any law, infringe any right, commit fraud, impersonate another person, or misrepresent qualifications or experience;
  • submit malicious code, attack security, probe vulnerabilities, interfere with availability, or gain unauthorized access;
  • scrape, crawl, harvest, index, or extract content at scale without Oravanto's written permission;
  • circumvent payment, download, access, license, or technical restrictions;
  • send abusive, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content;
  • request fabricated achievements, credentials, references, employment history, or other deceptive application content; or
  • use Oravanto content or systems to train, benchmark, populate, or develop a competing product, model, dataset, or service.

15. Career Outcomes and Important Limitations

Oravanto provides professional writing, presentation, and career-development support.

Employers, recruiters, platforms, ATS providers, and labor markets are independent of Oravanto.

We do not guarantee an interview, job offer, promotion, admission, response rate, ranking, salary, career outcome, or acceptance by any employer or system.

ATS behavior varies by provider, configuration, vacancy, file type, content, and employer workflow.

A document described as ATS-friendly is designed around generally accepted readability practices, not guaranteed scoring or parsing by every system.

LinkedIn may change its interface, algorithms, fields, policies, and features without notice.

Oravanto does not control LinkedIn or guarantee search visibility, profile views, messages, or opportunities.

Interview resources, articles, examples, and other educational content provide general guidance.

They are not legal, tax, immigration, psychological, financial, or regulated professional advice and should be adapted to your facts and the requirements of the relevant employer and jurisdiction.

16. Third-Party Services and Links

The Website may rely on or link to third-party services, including Stripe, hosting and email providers, file delivery systems, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, employer websites, software providers, and external resources.

Those services operate under their own terms and privacy notices.

Oravanto is not responsible for a third party's content, availability, security, policies, decisions, or acts, except to the extent applicable law makes Oravanto responsible.

A link does not imply endorsement.

17. Privacy, and Client Information

Oravanto's Privacy Policy explains how personal information and Client Materials are collected, used, disclosed, retained, and protected.

The Cookie Policy explains the Website's cookies and analytics controls.

These notices should be read alongside these Terms and describe how information is handled; they are not incorporated as contractual terms of the commercial agreement.

Website upload is preferred where available. Ordinary email is not guaranteed to be secure in transit.

Do not send unnecessary sensitive information, identity documents, bank details, or passwords.

Privacy Policy: www.oravanto.com/privacy-policy

18. Refusal, Suspension, and Termination

Oravanto may refuse a request, suspend delivery or download access, or terminate an Order where reasonably necessary because of payment failure, suspected fraud, illegal or deceptive instructions, security risk, abuse or harassment, infringement, repeated material non-cooperation, or another material breach of these Terms.

Where the issue can reasonably be corrected, Oravanto may give you an opportunity to do so.

Termination does not remove rights or obligations that arose earlier.

Any refund for an unprovided portion is governed by the Refund Policy and mandatory law, taking account of the reason for termination and work properly performed.

19. Availability, Corrections, and Changes to Offerings

We aim to keep the Website and download facilities available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Maintenance, security events, provider outages, internet failures, or other circumstances may temporarily affect access.

Oravanto may correct errors, update Website content, withdraw an offering, change future product versions, or modify future packages.

If a material change prevents fulfillment of an accepted Order, Oravanto will offer an appropriate remedy, replacement, re-performance, or refund as required by the contract and applicable law.

20. Service Standards and Disclaimers

Oravanto will provide Personalized Services with the level of professional care and skill stated in the contract and required by applicable law.

Digital Products will materially correspond to their description at the time of purchase.

Subject to those commitments and mandatory law, the Website and general informational content are provided on an as-available basis.

Oravanto does not promise that every resource is suitable for every country, profession, employer, software environment, or individual objective.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or statutory standard that applicable consumer law does not permit the parties to exclude.

21. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot lawfully be limited, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, breach of a non-excludable consumer right, or any other liability that law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

Subject to the paragraph above and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Oravanto is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential loss, or for loss of opportunity, anticipated earnings, reputation, data, or business arising from an employer's, recruiter's, platform's, or other third party's decision.

Subject to the first paragraph of this Section, Oravanto's total aggregate liability arising from a particular Order will not exceed the amount you paid to Oravanto for that Order.

This cap does not reduce any refund, repair, replacement, re-performance, price-reduction, or other remedy that mandatory law requires.

Oravanto is not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate or unlawful Client Materials, unauthorized Customer edits, failure to review a deliverable, undisclosed software incompatibility, missed third-party deadlines, or events outside Oravanto's reasonable control, except to the extent Oravanto caused or contributed to the loss.

22. Responsibility for Client Materials and Third-Party Claims

You confirm that Client Materials and your instructions do not infringe another person's intellectual property, confidentiality, privacy, contractual, or other rights.

If Oravanto reasonably believes material creates a legal or ethical risk, it may exclude it or request a replacement.

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for direct losses, liabilities, and reasonable external costs finally awarded or reasonably incurred by Oravanto because a third party claims that Client Materials you were not entitled to provide infringe that party's rights, but only to the extent the claim results from your breach of this Section.

Oravanto will not recover the same loss twice and will take reasonable steps to limit avoidable loss.

23. International Customers

The Website may be accessed internationally.

The availability of particular products, services, payment methods, and checkout facilities may vary by location.

Oravanto may refuse, cancel, or restrict an Order where reasonably necessary for legal, tax, payment, sanctions, fraud-prevention, operational, or risk-management reasons.

Nothing in this Section excludes any mandatory consumer right that lawfully applies to an accepted Order.

You are responsible for using career materials lawfully and adapting them to local application practices.

If you are a consumer, any mandatory rights available under the law of your habitual residence are preserved where they apply and cannot lawfully be waived by contract.

24. Complaints, Governing Law, and Disputes

24.1 Complaints and Informal Resolution

If a concern arises, email support@oravanto.com with the Order number, relevant facts, and the outcome you seek.

Both parties will try in good faith to resolve the matter before starting formal proceedings.

This informal step does not shorten a statutory limitation period or prevent urgent or legally protected action.

24.2 Governing Law

These Terms and each Order are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections that apply under the law of your habitual residence and cannot lawfully be excluded.

24.3 Courts and Jurisdiction

Subject to mandatory consumer rights, the state and federal courts located in Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction over a dispute arising from these Terms or an Order.

A consumer may bring a claim in another court where mandatory law gives the consumer that right.

25. Events Outside Reasonable Control

Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, including internet or utility failure, cyberattack, provider outage, natural disaster, epidemic, war, civil disturbance, government action, or payment-network disruption, provided the affected party takes reasonable steps to reduce the effect and resumes performance when reasonably possible.

This Section does not excuse payment already due, prevent a mandatory refund, or allow Oravanto to retain payment indefinitely where the Order cannot be provided.

26. Changes to These Terms

Oravanto may update these Terms to reflect changes in offerings, technology, providers, law, or business operations.

The revised version will be posted on the Website with an updated effective or last-updated date.

The Terms accepted when an Order is placed will continue to govern that Order unless a change is required by law or both parties agree otherwise.

Material changes will not be applied retroactively in a way that removes an accrued Customer right without a lawful basis.

27. General Contract Terms and Contact

27.1 Entire Agreement and Order Hierarchy

These Terms, the applicable Order Terms, the Refund Policy, and any written scope confirmation form the entire agreement for the Order and replace earlier discussions about it.

The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy govern information handling.

The Disclaimer explains the limits of career information but does not remove a contractual or statutory obligation.

27.2 Severability, Waiver, and Assignment

If a provision is held unlawful or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder will continue.

A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver.

You may not transfer an Order or license without written consent.

Oravanto may transfer these Terms with a genuine sale, restructuring, or transfer of its business if mandatory Customer rights are preserved.

27.3 Electronic Communications and Language

Order confirmations, invoices, downloads, service communications, and notices may be provided electronically.

Keep your email address current and retain copies for your records.

These Terms are prepared in English.

A translation is for convenience; the English version controls to the extent permitted by law.
