This Disclaimer does not reduce Oravanto's contractual obligation to provide Personalized Services with the care and skill required by the contract and applicable law, or to supply Digital Products that materially correspond to their description. Nothing here excludes a right, warranty, standard, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
1. Career Outcomes Are Not Guaranteed
Oravanto provides professional writing, presentation, and career-development support. Career outcomes depend on factors outside Oravanto's control, including the Customer's experience, qualifications, accuracy of information, target role, location, labor market, competition, timing, employer requirements, application strategy, interview performance, and third-party decisions.
Oravanto does not guarantee an interview, job offer, promotion, admission, recruiter or employer response, profile view, message, ranking, salary level, career progression, or acceptance by any employer, recruiter, educational institution, platform, or system.
2. ATS and Recruitment-System Limitations
Applicant-tracking systems ("ATS"), recruitment platforms, and employer workflows vary by provider, configuration, vacancy, file type, content, and human review process.
A document described as ATS-friendly or ATS-oriented follows generally accepted readability and formatting practices; it is not guaranteed to achieve a particular score, keyword match, ranking, parsing result, or treatment by every system.
Some Digital Products prioritize visual presentation and are not ATS-oriented unless the relevant product description expressly says otherwise. Customers must review each product description and the submission requirements of the intended employer or platform.
3. LinkedIn and Other Platforms
LinkedIn and other third-party platforms control their own interfaces, algorithms, search features, fields, policies, access rules, and availability, and may change them without notice.
Oravanto does not control or guarantee search visibility, profile views, messages, connections, opportunities, account access, or any platform decision.
A LinkedIn Optimization Service provides content and recommendations within the purchased scope.
Unless the Order Terms expressly state otherwise, Oravanto does not log in to the Customer's account, publish content, contact other users, or manage ongoing platform activity.
4. General Information; No Regulated Professional Advice
Articles, guides, interview resources, examples, checklists, blog posts, FAQs, and other general information are provided for educational and career-development purposes.
They do not constitute legal, tax, immigration, psychological, financial, investment, medical, or other regulated professional advice, and do not create a legal, tax, immigration, financial, medical, psychological, or other regulated professional adviser-client relationship.
Oravanto is not a recruitment, placement, background-check, immigration, or regulated employment-advice service.
A Personalized Service is limited to the career-writing or career-development scope stated in the applicable Order Terms.
Customers should obtain appropriately qualified advice where their circumstances require it and should verify the rules of the relevant employer, profession, regulator, institution, platform, and jurisdiction.
5. Customer Information, Review, and Use
Oravanto relies on the Client Materials and instructions supplied for a Personalized Service and does not independently verify them.
The Customer and Authorized End User are responsible for ensuring that all facts, dates, employer names, qualifications, credentials, achievements, metrics, links, contact details, and instructions are complete, accurate, current, lawful, and authorized.
Final Review Responsibility: Before using or submitting any deliverable, the intended user must review it, correct any remaining issue, confirm that it accurately represents them, and adapt it where necessary for the target opportunity.
Oravanto is not responsible for unauthorized edits, use without final review, inaccurate or unlawful Client Materials, or failure to meet a third-party deadline or requirement, except to the extent Oravanto caused or contributed to the problem.
6. Digital Products, Samples, and Compatibility
Digital Products are general pre-produced resources and may require editing, judgment, and adaptation.
Oravanto does not promise that every product will suit every country, profession, seniority level, employer, application, software environment, device, printer, or individual objective.
Customers must review the description, preview, format, software, font, and compatibility information before purchase.
Regional CV and Resume Conventions
CV and resume conventions—including whether to include a photograph, date of birth, marital status, nationality, or other personal details—vary by country, industry, employer, and role.
Certain jurisdictions or employers may restrict or discourage particular personal information for legal, privacy, or anti-discrimination reasons.
Customers must consider the conventions and applicable requirements of their intended market when selecting or adapting a Digital Product.
For a Personalized Service, Oravanto will consider any target country, market, or employer requirements expressly identified in the Order Terms or provided by the Customer.
The Customer remains responsible for reviewing and approving the final deliverable before submission.
Images, Previews, Mock-ups, and Sample Content
Images, previews, mock-ups, sample profiles, and example wording illustrate design or content possibilities.
They do not promise an identical layout or result after editing, printing, conversion, content replacement, or use in different software.
Sample content may be fictional, composite, anonymized, or illustrative where identified as such and must not be represented as the Customer's own experience or achievements.
7. Testimonials and Examples
A testimonial, review, case study, success story, or example reflects the experience or circumstances described and is not a promise, prediction, or representation of the outcome another person should expect.
Individual results vary, and no testimonial overrides the career-outcome limitations in this Disclaimer or any qualification displayed with the claim.
Oravanto will not publish identifiable Client Materials or a Personalized Service as a testimonial, sample, case study, template, or marketing example without the explicit permission of the individual whose information or deliverable it is.
8. Third-Party Content, Services, and Links
The Website may refer or link to third-party employers, recruiters, platforms, software, payment providers, websites, tools, or external resources.
A reference or link is provided for convenience or context and does not by itself constitute endorsement, partnership, or a guarantee of accuracy, availability, security, suitability, or results.
